The vines are planted on the south-facing of “massif des Bauges”. The vineyard of “Clos de la Galèze” is surrounded by “dry stone” retaining walls built by the monks themself.
Vinification

The sommelier’s description
Some vine stock are more than 130 year-old. They produce just 4 or 5 bunches of grapes. This alchemy makes Mondeuse cru Arbin Clos de la Galèze, a spicy and powerful wine with very complex aromas.
