Located in Jongieux on the hillside of Marestel, the vineyard overlooks the Rhône. Currently, there are only 35 hectares of Marestel.
The grapes are pressed right after the destemming. Fermentation is carried out between 16°C and 20°C in stainless steel thermostatically controlled tanks.
This Roussette de Savoie, planted on scree-covered slopes of the Marestel hillside, is made with Altesse grape variety. This wine with golden-straw reflections has aromas of white flowers, acacia and quince.
The nobleness of this wine can be appreciated for the aperitif. It pairs well with foie gras, fish or white meat.
