This wine is vinified especially for Maison Viallet by “Les Vignerons d’Aghione”.
The vines grow on clay and limestone soil between sea and mountains.
Vinification
The harvest are made at night in order to preserve the grapes from the oxidation.
The sommelier’s description
The nose is rather expressive and rich with aromas of white fruits. In the mouth, the wine is complex, smooth and harmonious evolving with a long finish full of finesse.
