Vin de Savoie Blanc AOP
Close to Mont Granier, on a clay-limestone soil located in the heart of the most representive terroir of Savoy, our centenarian vines of Jacquere grows.
The grapes are pressed right after the destemming. Fermentation is carried out between 16°C and 20°C in stainless steel thermostatically controlled tanks.
The clear, brilliant with yellow tints. The nose is intense, with amylic notes. The complex range of flavours mixes fruits, citrus fruits, flintstone. The lively attack gives way to a wine which is full and long on the palate.
