Origin

This white  wine is the result of Chasselas and sunny hill towers over the Leman Lake.

Vinification

The fermentation lasts 5 months.

The wine is matured in fibre-glass vats.

This white wine is a pale yellow colour with its smell of hawthorn and toasted almonds.

It is fruity and racy marked by a slightly sparkling note.
