Around this old castle of the 15th century, still resonant of the rides of
Jacques de Montmayeur, Count de Montmayeur, constable of Kings of
Savoie,the slopes surrounding the Château D’Apremont produce this marvellous
white wine, elaborated from the grape variety jacquère.

The sommelier’s description

Light color, beading, dry, but very fruity, with a white flower “nose ” , slightly
lemon-flavoured and unique flint stone taste for an Apremont.

Chateau d’Apremont is perfect with freshwater fish, shellfish. It is also
excellent as an aperitif .
Serve at between 8 and 10°C.
