The vineyard is located on steep slopes, on a clay-limestone soil. Its southern exposure ensures a hot microclimate, perfect for the grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed right after the destemming. Fermentation is carried out between 16°C and 20°C in stainless steel thermostatically controlled tanks.
The sommelier’s description
Its vineyard benefits from this typical Savoy soil which produces a round and well-constructed wine, lively with aromas of banana, pear and flintstones.

It pairs well with seafood, fondue or tartiflette. It can be served on aperitif too.
