Vin du Bugey Blanc AOP
The vines are planted on stony soil, on the firt slopes of Grand Colombier.
The alcoholic fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts during 25 days
Aged in stainless steel vats and in wooden barrel during 6 – 10 months
A clear and brilliant light gold colour.
Delicate floral and spicy notes. In the mouth the very pronounced minerality of the soil gives great purity (gun-flint)
To pair with seafood, fish, or old cheese.
