Located in “Combe de Savoie”, the grapes grow on high trellised vines.
Vinification uses traditional techniques and direct pressing. The grapes are pressed right after the destemming. Fermentation is carried out between 14°C and 18°C in stainless steel thermostatically controlled tanks.
Acclimatized perfectly in Savoie, this vine variety is well known to offer high quality rosé.
It pairs well with delicatessens, white meat or spicy food.
