Roussette de Savoie AOP
The vineyards lie on the best exposed hillsides of Jongieux. The terroir is characterised by molasses, a soft and crumbly sandstone, and clay in its soils. It is perfect to grow the Altesse grape variety.
The grapes are pressed right after the destemming. Fermentation is carried out between 16°C and 20°C in stainless steel thermostatically controlled tanks.
Here, Altesse expresses all generosity of the grape variety and nobility of a big land, with delicate and numerous aromatic characters.
The wine pairs well with river fish in sauce or cheese. It can also be served during the aperitif.
