Located on the Chignin locality close to Chambery, Roussanne vines grow on a marly limestone soil at the foot of “massif des Bauges”.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed right after the destemming. Fermentation is carried out between 16°C and 20°C in stainless steel thermostatically controlled tanks.
