Vin de Savoie Blanc AOP
Located in “Combe de Savoie”, the vineyard is Facing south on a soil of crumbled marl and limestone.
The grapes are pressed right after the destemming. Fermentation is carried out between 16°C and 20°C in stainless steel thermostatically controlled tanks.
Here the Jacquère grape variety expresses itself to the full, elegant and harmonious, with succulent peach, flowers aromas and flavors.
It will accompany fish and Savoy delicatessens or cheeses, but will equally be able to appreciate itself in aperitif. It can be enjoyed in savoy dishes like “fondue, raclette, tartiflette”.
