Vin de Savoie Rouge AOP
The vineyard is located on the edges of “Combe de Savoie” a limestone massif comprising a closed valley.
The grapes are destalked. The time of fermentation in conical concrete vats is from 10 days, cap punching and rack and return to ensure a good extraction of the tannins and the aromas.
On the palate, it is full and rounded combining notes of ripered fruit like blackcurrant, raspberry. The finish is long and silky.
It pairs well with delicatessens, red meat or cheese made with raw milk.
