The vineyard is located on a limestone massif close to “Parc Naturel des Bauges”.
The grapes are destalked. The time of fermentation in conical concrete vats is from 10 days, cap punching and rack and return to ensure a good extraction of the tannins and the aromas.
Rich nose, complex and faintly woody. A good tannic structure makes this wine powerful and round on the palate.
Perfect with red meat, wild, sausages and tomme of Savoy.
